Judicial Branch
This body of government challenges the laws that are passed and encounters cases that challenge the laws as well. This is the federal court system. There are District Courts, Appeals Courts, and the Supreme Court. The sources of American law is the constitution, then case law, the Supreme Court interprets what the constitution and other laws mean.
